1. Service Description

Valmis generates personalized travel guides using artificial intelligence. Guides include destination-specific information such as visa requirements, safety briefings, local customs, health advisories, and recommendations.

Guide content is generated by AI and may not always be current or fully accurate. See Section 5 for important disclaimers.

2. Account Terms

• You may browse example guides and generate a preview without an account.
• To save guides, you must create an account with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Purchases & Payments

• Some guides or features may require a one-time payment. Prices are displayed before purchase.
• Once a guide has been generated and delivered, we generally do not offer refunds.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents guide delivery, contact us at support@valmisapp.com and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, systematically download, or redistribute guide content.
• Use automated tools or bots to generate guides in bulk.
• Interfere with or exploit the Service's infrastructure.
• Resell or commercially redistribute Valmis guides without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Guides produced by Valmis are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only.

• Guide content is not a substitute for professional travel, legal, medical, or safety advice. Always verify important details with official sources before traveling.
• Travel information changes frequently. Visa policies, entry requirements, and local conditions may have changed since your guide was generated.
• AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Recommendations should be independently verified.
• You are solely responsible for your travel decisions. Valmis is a planning aid, not a guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property

The Valmis platform, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by Valmis. Guides generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share a guide link with travel companions, but may not republish or commercially distribute guide content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated travel information.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
